Pet Planet is an online pet equipment store based in Kigali, Rwanda, selling harnesses, collars, leashes, and related accessories.
By placing an order with us, you confirm that the delivery details and contact information you provide are accurate. Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if delivery details cannot be verified, or if payment cannot be arranged.
Product descriptions, sizing, and photos are provided in good faith to represent our items accurately. If an item arrives different from what was described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and any notes you provide at checkout.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as needed to deliver your order (e.g. with a delivery rider) or process payment (e.g. with Mobile Money).
If you sign up for our newsletter, your email is used only to send updates about Pet Planet — new arrivals, restocks, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We currently deliver across Kigali, typically within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed before 2pm are usually delivered the next day.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
For sizing issues (e.g. a harness that doesn't fit your pet), we accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Refunds for cancelled orders that haven't yet been delivered are processed back via the original payment method (Mobile Money) or, for cash-on-delivery orders that were never collected, no charge is made in the first place.
